Speckled Feed any ‘Speckled’ item to your Neopet. A Grarrl or Skeith can eat anything, even a Speckled Neopets Party Blower, Balloon, or Hat will work. For most pets however, only Speckled foods will work. Speckled Doughnut and Speckled Negg are a few examples. Search ‘Speckled’ on the shop wizard for other foods that will work, and be cheaper.
